ARTIFACT: This is a 1935 Nazi tinnie for German Seafaring Day, which took place on May 25 and 26 of that year. The pin reads SEEFAHRT IST NOT TAG DER DEUTSCHEN SEEFAHRT 25-26.5.1935 and shows a large schooner sailing beneath a swastika.

VINTAGE: Circa 1935.

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/4" in height and 1-5/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Aluminum.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal safety-style pin.

MARKINGS: J. DINNEBIER NACHF LUDENSCHEID.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Nazi Germany collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX12 L/SFJX7/12

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The tinnie shows some light wear.
