ARTIFACT:
This is a paperback first edition copy of "German Armour", Weapons Book Number 41 in the Ballantine's Illustrated History of the Violent Century series. Written by Douglas Orgill, this volume deals with the evolution of tank warfare from the German's defeat in World War I in that arena to their near-mastery of it during the next World War. It has several black and white photographs and some illustrated diagrams and was published in 1974.
