This is a Framed Set San Antonio Texas Police Department & San Antonio Texas Fire Department Honorary Chief Badges, circa 1935 Award to "Major Bowes" w/Photo and Autograph. 1930's Radio Show Celebrity who "Discoverd" Frank Sinatra.

Approximately Police Badge: 3" in height x 2-1/8" in width. FD Badge: 2-3/8" height and 1-3/8" width. Badge Frame: 9"in height x 8-1/4" in width x 1-1/8" in thickness. Photo & Signature: 18-1/4" in height x 11-3/4" in width. News Copy A4 size. Certificate: 4-3/4" in height x 8-1/2" in width.
