This is an extremely scarce circa World War II Turkish pilot wing. It is in gold-plated brass and is of a hollow, two-piece construction. The design is of a soaring eagle with a crescent moon and star above him.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/8" in height by 3-15/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal kick pin with C catch.
MARKINGS:None.
