ARTIFACT: Extremely rough and worn WWII CBI shoulder patch. Patch shows an embroidered Chinese sun and a five point star against a faded blue velvet background with red and white striped silk below. This example has a great been there look and was made in the China, Burma, India theater.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 2-3/8" x 3-1/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Embroidered velvet, silk ribbon, cotton/polyester thread, backed with canvas

ITEM NOTES: This is from a USAAF collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. CON-EDK-25-15 LBHX12/15

CONDITION: 4+ (Very Good): The shoulder patch shows heavy wear, soiling, and fading, overall the patch is intact and has a great, worn, been-there look.
