This is an extremely rare World War II CBI-made multi-piece leather jacket patch for the United States 2nd Air Commandos, 10th Air Force. The patch is mostly bordered by a C and has a red exclamation point and arrow-shaped thunderbolt at its center.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 4-1/2" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Multi-piece leather embroidered in silk/cotton threads.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEEJX10 LACIEX3/11 SABJJ4/11
CONDITION:7- (Very Fine-): The patch shows light storage soiling but came to us unused form a veteran.
