This is an extremely rare pair of World War I United States Marine Corps "buckle back" pants. The pants are in a small size and there are hard to read markings inside.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:28" by 28".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Cotton twill, plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Button fly, buckle on reverse.
MARKINGS:Hard to read markings inside (please see photos).
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Marine Corps collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. CON-LL-LDEJX10 LFIEX4/11 SEJJX5/11
CONDITION:6 (Fine+): The pants have some small picks and spots and one repaired hole on the back of the right thigh; rusty lines of light discoloration on front and back.
