This is a Extremely Rare New York Police Department St. John's Queens Hospital Police Ambulance Badge #513. Circa 1940's - 1950's. 

Circa 1940s - 50s.

Approximately 2-5/8" in height x 2-1/8" in width.

Nickel plated brass with painted letter.
