ARTIFACT: This is a Extremely Rare New York Police Department St. John's Queens Hospital Police Ambulance Badge #513. Circa 1940's - 1950's. 

VINTAGE: Circa 1940s - 50s.

SIZE: Approximately 2-5/8" in height x 2-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel plated brass with painted letter.

ATTACHMENT: Safety pin.
