It is a huge, stunning badge in gilt brass and black and white enamel with a raised gilt blimp flying past the initials "DL" at the center. He also had a sky advertising company that used surplus United States Navy airships from World War II as the vehicles for promotion. The badge is by R. Stoll Incorporated of New York.

VINTAGE: Circa 1947.

SIZE: Approximately 2-7/16" in height and 2-3/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Double screw posts with disc backings.
