This is an extremely rare World War II silver Chinese jeweler-made set of pilot's collar insignia for the American Volunteer Group, or Flying Tigers. AVG. is spelled out on each pin.
VINTAGE:Circa WWII.
SIZE:7/16" height and 1-3/8"width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver with brass pin.
ATTACHMENT:Each pin has two loops with a cotter's pin.
MARKINGS:SILVER on reverse of one pin.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): Both pins are tarnished but are in otherwise fine shape.
