ARTIFACT: This is an extremely rare and extremely beautiful circa early 1920s United States Air Service instructor wing. This near mint wing is in gilt, hand-chased brass by Link. The feathering shimmersÉ

VINTAGE: Circa early 1920s.

SIZE: Approximately 13/16" in height and 3" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt, hand-chased brass.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with tongue-style catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a World War I United States Air Service wing collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MCEJX 14 L/SACGEX3/14

CONDITION: 9+ (Near Mint-): The wing is near mint.
