This is an Extremely Rare United States Navy M1945 Tactical Observer Wing by NS Meyer ca 194Worn only from 1945-1947. 

VINTAGE:

1946

SIZE:

Approximately: 11/16" in height x 2-3/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gold-plated brass, Chrom-plated nickel.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with come-under locking catch.
