ARTIFACT: Extremely rare Korean War United States Army 24th Division Artillery Section, Japanese-made jacket patch. The center of the fully embroidered patch depicts a cat (possibly Tom of Tom & Jerry fame) wearing a red cap, standing on a set of wheels with a spear, propeller, and 'wing' that reads "24" in yellow detail against a blue background.

VINTAGE: Circa Korean War.

SIZE: Approximately 6-1/2" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered, silk/cotton/polyester thread.

ATTACHMENT: N/A.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a US Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MAX16 LHIEX10/16

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The patch shows minor wear and soiling, the colors remain bright, overall excellent condition.
