ARTIFACT: This is a Extremely Rare circa 1968 US 23rd AMERICAL Division Viet-Nam Chu-Lai Lighter. 

Made by ABC Company of Sunmy Korea Factory Engraved with Enamel Insignia.
After World War II the Americal Division was officially re-designated as the 23rd Infantry Division.

VINTAGE: Circa 1968.

SIZE: Approximately : 2-1/4" in height x 1-7/16" in width x 1/2" in depth.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome plated brass, Enamel, wick, cotton.

ATTACHMENT: To be carried in pocket to light your smokes.

MARKINGS:  "ABC SUNMY KOREA"

ITEM NOTES: This is from a US ARMY lighter collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MEJV20 LBFEX12/19/20 SBFEX02/04/21

CONDITION: 8 (Very Fine - Excellent): Lighter shows minor to moderate wear, insert is tight fit to the lighter and doesn't come out but it looks very fine and clean condition.
