This is an Extremely Rare Circa 1912 - 1913 United State Department of the Interior Licensed Bath Attendant Hot Springs Reservation Badge #409. At the period of time this Badge was worn, nearly all of the Bath Attendants would have been African American.
VINTAGE:Circa 1912 -1913.
SIZE:Approximately 1-5/8" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel plated nickel with painted lettering.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick pin with tongue-type 'C' catch
MARKINGS:N/A.
