ARTIFACT: This is a Extremely Rare 1896 University of Pennsylvania Football Team Large Celluloid Badge by Torsch & Lee of Baltimore.

VINTAGE: Circa 1896.

SIZE: Approximately 3-5/8" x 1-11/16" (photo frame) diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Ribbon, Nickeled brass, clear celluloid, paper, photograph.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical "T" style pin with catch.

MARKINGS: UNIVERSITY OF PENNA TORSCH & LEE. ABLTO PAT.JAN.30.1894

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The (ribbon) silk is worn-out, but the medal is in good condition, overall excellent condition considered it's from 1896.
