Exceedingly Rare WWI Bavarian Air Gunner Badge in 800 Silver by Poellath

This is an exceedingly rare Bavarian air gunner badge in 800 silver by Karl Poellath. The badge shows lovely wear and patina with period repairs to the hinge and catch. A worn example! The badge comes with a certificate of authenticity from Helmut Weitze.

Circa World War I.

Approximately 2-7/8" in height and 1-3/4" in width.

800 silver.
