This is an Excellent World War II M1940 Luftwaffe EM Blue Painted Steel Buckle with Light Wear.
VINTAGE:World War II.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent): Paint is about 95% present, and we have left the attic dust on the buckle as it was found recently in a New England Attic.
