This is an early World War II cap patch for the United States Army Parachute Infantry. The patch is embroidered upon blue wool felt and shows a parachute at its center.
VINTAGE:Circa early World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt embroidered in cotton/silk threads, mesh backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
