This is a circa early World War II United States Army Infantry enlisted man collar disc by Gemsco. The disc is on its original card, which reads U.S. ARMY INSIGNIA at the top.
VINTAGE:Circa early World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1" in diameter; card is about 2-1/2" by 3".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Brass, oaktag card.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with flower-shaped disc backing
MARKINGS:GEMSCO ENLISTED MAN COLLAR DISC STYLE No. 6032 on card.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Army collar insignia collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAX13 LACX11/13 HLOC02/19
CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The disc has almost no wear; card has some light creasing only.
