This is an Early World War I Austrian Bronze Plaque "JUGENDSTIL-RELIEFTAFEL: 'INDUSTRIA ET FORTITUDO' BY HEINRICH KAUTSCH" with U-Boat naval submarines at Center and Winged Victory at left. Latin Motto at Bottom. "Industry & Fortitude" Signed by Artist, Heinrich Kautsch.

Biography:
Henri or Jindrich Heinrich KAUTSCH.
1889-1914: works and lives in Paris; works with Jean Antoine Injalbert and Louis Auguste Roubaud.
1900 World Exposition in Paris: Kautsch is the delegate for Bosnia-Herzegovina and vice-president of the international jury.
1902 International Exposition internationale in Dusseldorf: Kautsch is the organizer of the French section.
Heinrich Kautsch's work has been offered at auction multiple times.
