Early WWI 1915-16 Bavarian Aviation Patriotic Heavy, Die Struck Badge

Wonderful, early WWI 1915-16 Bavarian Aviation Patriotic, heavy die struck badge with exquisite details made by Deschler & Sohn with enameled silver. The badge depicts a plane in flight in the center, the edges are laurel leaves joined together at the bottom in a blue and white enameled bow and at the top of the badge an Iron Cross. The badge reads: EHEM ANGEH DER FLIEGERTRUPPEN below plane.
