Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a 1960s United States Air Force Strategic Air Command jacket patch. The patch is crest-shaped and shows an armored fist grasping a branch and some red lightning bolts. It has a gold border and does not have the usual tab.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1960s.

SIZE:

Approximately 3-9/16" in height and 3-3/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Fully embroidered in silk/cotton/polyester threads.

ATTACHMENT:

None.

None.
