ARTIFACT: This is an early 1960s lapel pin in 10 karat gold by Balfour for five years of service with United Airlines. The pin is a winged red, white and blue enameled crest upon a propeller.

VINTAGE: Circa early 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 1/2" in height and 7/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: 10 karat gold with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing.

MARKINGS: 10 K B (Balfour).

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airlines collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. RAEX5/93 LAEEX7/11

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The pin shows some light wear and tarnish.
