ARTIFACT: 1950's Girl Scouts Mariner Uniform Badge with locking catch. The Mariner Girl Scout program for Senior Girl Scouts officially began in 1934. The badge has 8 spokes and a small trefoil in the center and was made by the Lions Brothers.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950's

SIZE: 1 1/8" round.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Brass, silver-plated brass.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal safety-style pin.

MARKINGS: Lions Brothers Makers Mark
