ARTIFACT:

This is an early 1900s police badge from the United States Cartridge Company (USC Co.). The badge reads USC. CO. POLICE and shows a star at center.

VINTAGE:

Circa early 1900's.

SIZE:

2-3/4" in height x 2-1/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Nickel-plated brass with painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical kick pin with &"C" catch.

MARKINGS:

C.D. REESE CO. 57 WARREN ST.

CONDITION:

7+ (Very Fine+): Badge shows light wear and only small areas of the paint in the letters has worn away.
