ARTIFACT: This is a cool ca 1950 - 1954 Republic Aviation Employee Badge F-105 Development Era. Made by Whitehead and Hoag, this badge is made in laminate, with the pin riveted to it. The employee number on the badge is 22196 16.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950 - 1954 Korean War Era.

SIZE: Approximately 2-1/8" in height x 1-3/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Laminated paper and brass rivets and pin.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with locking drop-in catch.

MARKINGS: "REPUBLIC AVIATION. 22196. 16. PAT 2066966. WHITEHEAD Š HOAG. NEWARK, N.J."

ITEM NOTES: This is from an Aircraft Manufacturer Collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJM17 LADEX03/17 

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The laminate has some scratches and dents. The pin has some oxidation on it as well
