ARTIFACT: This is a cool World War I "US Baby Tank" toy. The toy was patented in June 1916 and has instructions on how to operate it painted underneath. It has a tin body with pair of wooden guns and a wooden roller beneath (toy no longer winds up).

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: Approximately 1" in height and 1-7/16" in width and 2-1/2" in length.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Tin, wood.

ATTACHMENT: Wooden roller.

MARKINGS: ANIMATE TOY PATENTED JUNE 20, 1916 and winding instructions.

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The toy no longer winds up and shows some spots of light wear.
