This is a badge from the Civil War for United States Army 17th Corps, a part of the Union armies. The insignia is a finely detailed arrow.
VINTAGE:Circa Civil War.
SIZE:7/16" width and 2-1/2" length.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Two brass clips.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): Insignia shows only light wear and some oxidation on reverse.
