Circa WWI-1920s United States Air Service (USAS) Sterling Silver Ring

This is a circa World War I or 1920s United States Air Service ring made in sterling silver. The ring is small and about a size 6-1/It has a winged propeller on its front oval face. One side bears an eagle in relief and the other reads US.

Approximately size 6; 5/8" in height.
