This is a circa 2000 flight attendant wing 3rd issue for Casino Express. The wing shows a crown at its center with red and green painted details.

Circa 2000.

Approximately 15/16" in height and 2-1/2" in width.

Gold-plated brass, painted areas.

Two posts with clutch-backs.
