This is a circa 2000 captain wing 3rd issue for Casino Express. The wing shows a crown at its center with red and green painted details.

Circa 2000.

Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 3-1/4" in width.

Gold-plated brass, painted areas.

Two posts with clutch-backs.
