Circa 1990's US Air Pilot Hat Badge 2nd Issue by Balfour

This is a circa 1990's pilot hat badge second issue for US Air, which has its roots in All American Aviation (circa 1937). All American became Allegheny Airlines in 1953, and US Air was later born in 197In 1996 the airline changed its name to US Airways. The company was renamed Allegheny Airlines in 1952, and changed again to US Air in 197The badge is by Balfour.

Circa 1990's.

Approximately 1-7/8" in height and 1-7/8" in width.

Nickel-plated brass, painted areas.

Single screw post, two posts with clutch-backs.
