This is a 1980s United States Army Military Police second, duplicate or "duty" private purchase badge. It is numbered J9289.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1980s.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-3/4" in height and 1-15/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Plated brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical kick pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
