ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1980s pilot hat badge for Aeronaves de Mexico, a Mexican airline that began in 1934. The badge has a wing at center bearing the profile of an Aztec eagle warrior.

VINTAGE: Circa 1980s.

SIZE: Approximately 2-3/16" in height and 3-1/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts with clutchbacks.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airlines collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJM12 LEEX8/13 SDJX9/15

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The badge has hardly any wear.
