Description
This is a circa 1972-1975 Continental Air Services Inc. (CASI) bullion captain's wing by Gemsco. CASI was begun in 1965 as a line strictly for United States governmental business in southeast Asia. The wing has the Continental logo at its center and a wreathed star above.
VINTAGE:Circa 1972-1975.
SIZE:Approximately 1-5/8" in height and 3-5/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silk-wrapped cardboard embroidered with bullion and cotton/silk threads, gold-plated brass, brass catches, wool backing, foil label.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts with clutch-back catches.
MARKINGS:GEMSCO ยจ label.
