Circa 1970s USAF 509th Bombardment Wing Patch Jacket Patch Olive Twill

This is a circa 1970s jacket patch for the United States Air Force 509th Bombardment Wing. The patch is embroidered upon olive drab twill and reads DEFENSOR VINDEX (Defender - Avenger).

Circa 1970's.

Approximately 3-1/4" in diameter.

Twill embroidered cotton/polyester threads, mesh backing.

To be sewn onto Flight Clothing.
