This is a 1960s United States Army 116th Support Battalion DI. The DI is a crest split into quadrants with a white arrow at the center and reads SUPPORT IS SURVIVAL.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height 1-3/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts with clutch-back catches.
MARKINGS:N.S. MEYER NEW YORK 22M MADE IN USA and Meyer maker's mark.
ITEM NOTES:The DI you receive will either be the one pictured or one in similar condition. This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAL90 LAJX4/11
CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The DI has some very light wear.
