This is a 1953 - 1955 lapel pin by Balfour for five years of service with Delta Airlines. This pin would have issued during the time when the company was operating as Delta, Chicago, & Southern. The pin is a petite wing in 10 karat gold with a red enameled center and was made by Balfour.
VINTAGE:Circa 1953 - 1955.
SIZE:Approximately 5/16" in height x 1-1/8" in length.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:10 karat gold with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing.
MARKINGS:B maker mark (Balfour) 10K.
