ARTIFACT: This is a World War II (circa 1944) United States Army Air Forces pilot wing by N.S. Meyer of New York. The heavy sterling silver wing is in a clutch back style.
VINTAGE: Circa World War II (1944).
SIZE: Approximately 7/8" in height and 3" in width.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver.
ATTACHMENT: Double posts with clutch backs.
MARKINGS: N.S. Meyer Inc. New York (raised shield maker mark) Sterling.
