ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1944 American Airlines pilot wing 3rd issue by Balfour. The wing has an eagle with spread wings flanked by a pair of capital As at its convex center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1944.

SIZE: Approximately 11/16" height and 3-1/4" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-filled.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: LGB 1/20 10K GF.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airlines collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJEX95 LDGEX11/10 SLEGEX6/11

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Wing shows some small areas of light to medium wear and tarnish.
