ARTIFACT: This is a Wright Field Airbase ashtray from World War II. Now the location of the National Museum of the United States Air Force, Wright Field was originally built during World War I and named for aviation pioneer Wilbur Wright.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 7" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent) This ashtray is in great condition despite some minor wear and tarnishing.
