ARTIFACT: This is an early Telephone Company Pioneers of America convention guest ribbon for esteemed guest Newcomb Carlton. Carlton was the President of Western Union from 1914 to 1933.

VINTAGE: Circa 1913.

SIZE: About 1-5/8" in width by 5-3/4" in length.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Paper, gold-plated brass and silk ribbon with gold painted accents.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with a "C" catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a communications and utilities collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. RDV92 LABJX06/07 SABJX09/20

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): Minor wear and tarnishing to name plate and fraying of ribbons.
