This is a circa 1910s County Hospital (Chicago) nursing graduation pin by Lebolt. The pin is a nicely enameled sterling silver cross and reads CH at its center for (Cook) County Hospital in Chicago. It is by Lebolt, a Chicago jeweler since 1899.
VINTAGE:Circa 1910s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/16" in height and 1-1/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with C catch.
MARKINGS:LEBOLT STERLING.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The pin has some light wear and moderate tarnish on reverse with all enamel intact; pin is slightly kinked but is 100% operational.
