This is a circa 1900 Neptune hose Company fire badge from Stonington, Connecticut. The badge is topped with a fireman's hat and other gear and the word HOSE is wreathed in laurel.
VINTAGE:Circa 1900.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/4" height and 1-3/8" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel-plated brass with painted lettering.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with C catch.
