This is a circa 1910 Fire District 4 Commissioner Badge from Vineland, New Jersey named to Ed. Horning.
VINTAGE:Circa 1910.
SIZE:1-9/16" height and 1-3/16" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with "C" catch.
