This is a diamond-shaped badge for an armory sharpshooter of the 14th Regiment (possibly out of New York). The badge shows a bull's-eye in relief at center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1890s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with "C" catch.
MARKINGS:STERLING DIEGES & CLUST 23 JOHN ST. N.Y.
