Bullion Italian-Made WWII USAAF 15th Air Force Shoulder Patch

This is a nice Italian-made United States Army Air Force 15th Air Force shoulder patch in bullion. The patch shows a winged star at center with a 15 hovering above.

Circa World War II.

2-1/2" diameter.

Wool embroidered with silk/cotton and bullion threads.
