This is an unidentified badge by Young & Company from Auckland. The badge is round in black enamel and reads FA'AMATALAUPU WESTERN SAMOA with a palm tree-studded star at center.

1-1/2" diameter.

Plated brass with enamel.

Two loops with cotter pin.
