Description
Unidentified grouping of WWII United States Navy Pilot and Navy Cross Winner, rank Lieutenant Commander. This grouping includes two gold filled pilot wings, one large, and one shirt size. Also included, multiple lapel studs, Navy Cross, misc. insignia, 8 x 10 period photo, and Jacksonville, Florida US Naval Air Station ID badge.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-filled, sterling, enameled brass, celluloid, paper, steel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pins with swivel locking catches, sing posts with clutchbacks, single post with disc backing, vertical pin with swivel locking clasp.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): Wings and insignia show mild to moderate wear, nearly all the enamel, and gold fill details remain intact. Photo has areas of scrapbooking remnants on reverse.
